A Web

 

I saw this spider's web by my back door. It lacks the pattern intricacy my other spider web photo has. The webs interconnection of silk threads for trapping insects is so interesting.

A closer look at the silk threads of the web. I'm happy it is trapping insects before they come into my house.

Huge Spider Web

When the morning fog lifted I saw this huge spider web. The web was at least three feet across. The weight of the fog moisture on the silk threads can be seen. I never did see the spider.
