A September rainbow here in Southern California.

 

I was very lucky to get the colors of the rainbow.

A Sweet Gum Tree

 

I really like the Fall colors of the Sweet Gum tree. So, when the meteorologist said the Santa Ana winds were coming, I went outside and took this photo.

I never saw clouds that looked like they were scalloped before. I thought they were so interesting and pretty. An artist told me the clouds looked like scales on a fish.

An Unexpected Hailstorm!

The top picture is a photo of the hail coming down outside my front door, and the second is a closeup of the hail. In the last photo you can see the strange orange glow cast by the street light on the fallen hail.
